Inspection upon delivery
Inspect the item(s) upon delivery. Please check that they are undamaged and that the item(s) received are conform the item(s) listed on the invoice. In the event that this is not the case, please report this within 24 hours via email@example.com or by phone +31 (0)172 820 420.
In you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return the item without reason within a 7 workday period. Before returning an item we advise you to carefully read the return policy conditions. View the return policy conditions.
The return form
In order to process your return, you need to fill out the necessary digital return form. Click on the link below and fill out the form. This way the Servicedesk is informed that the item will be send back to Plutosport. Items that are returned without a complete filled out return form will not be processed. Return without costs
You have paid the delivery costs for the processing and delivery of your order. Returning an item via the DHL Servicepoint is therefore free of charge. The processing of your return can take up to 5 to 7 workdays.
If you wish to place a new order after having returned an item, Plutosport will again charge the delivery costs for the processing and delivery of this new order. Delivery costs are also charged when the same item as returned, is ordered in a different size or colour.
Where do I send my return item(s) to?
You can return your items to: Plutosport, Geerweg 46, 2461 EB Ter Aar, The Netherlands. You can return free of charge via a DHL Servicepoint.

Of course, there are other ways of returning the items (for instance via PostNL). You will have to pay the return costs yourself.
Please note: Don’t forget to add a copy of the invoice with the return package, otherwise we will not know where the returned item(s) originate from.
Different size / colour
Would you like to change an item for a different colour or size? Return the item(s) to Plutosport within the 7 workday period. You can then order the item in a different size or colour like you would usually order an item. The order of the same item as returned in a different colour or size is considered a new order.
